You'll receive a one-hour call where Peter walks you through his findings, highlights key issues, and provides specific recommendations for negotiation. Following the call, you'll receive a concise follow-up email summarizing the issues identified so you have a clear record to reference.

The Basic flat-fee pricing is designed for residents and fellows entering the workforce for the first time. Established attending physicians with more complex agreements — such as partnership tracks, multi-site employment, or contracts with significant compensation structures, typically benefit more from the Custom Package, which is scoped and priced based on your specific contract and needs. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from when your contract is received. If you have a deadline approaching, expedited review is available under the Custom Package — just let us know your timeline when you reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Custom Package pricing depends on the scope and complexity of your engagement, including the length of the contract, whether you need an offer letter or LOI reviewed, whether expedited review is required, and the level of negotiation support needed.
